London Lollipop is a very sweet and bubbly boy who loves to make sure everyone looks their best. He prepares all the costumes and outfits for his friends! Even Batty and Lupin concede that without London, their looks wouldn’t be complete. When he isn’t working on outfits, he can be found at Millie’s, sampling all of his delicious treats!
