I want to preface this by saying this is one of my absolute favorite plushies that I own ever since I got it, which I received by backing Series 2. It's the perfect size for hugging and holding, it's very soft and pleasant, the embroidered details are fantastic, and I love the crinkle fabric that its belly has. I would rate it 5 stars if it weren't for the condition it was in when delivered and how fast it got worse.
When it arrived, it already had a few holes in it: one where the bottom of the face meets the body, one in the back of the head, and and one where its left arm meets its body. Within 2 days of doing nothing to it aside from occasionally hugging/cuddling with it, all of the black string along its paws for its fingers/toes came completely undone. I have never had any plushie do this to me so fast before.
I reached out via email asking if a replacement was possible. I don't know if it's because my message wasn't sent close enough to the date that it got delivered (I was out of town for a while before I was home and able to open the package), but I never got a response. This was well-over a year ago by now, so I don't expect anything can be done anymore, but I realized I forgot to write a review til now. This is the only TinyTeeth product I've ever bought and it's made me hesitant at the idea of ordering any others, despite how much I do love this plushie.
