When will the Snughouls restock?
The snughoul plushies are in production now and estimated to be stocked in the store in late October 2024! Due to a number of variables (production speed, sea freight, customs delays) the actual date is hard to predict and thus the best I can do is a rough estimate.
Designs that sell out will be considered for a restock based on demand and popularity.
Will (insert design) ever be brought back?
Possibly! Restocks are highly dependent on how popular an item was and what the current demand looks like.
At the moment there are no "limited edition" snughouls so all designs have the potential to be restocked after they sell out.
What is the current status of my backerkit order?
Please refer to the community tab of the campaign you would like information on! I update frequently with information about the current production schedule so this is the fastest, most reliable way to know what's going on in the snughoul world.

Why is the shipping fee so high?
I do my best to keep shipping fees as reasonable as possible, but with USPS raising the prices every few months its hard to continue eating this cost.
Snughouls are also LARGE, so an order containing 2-3 plushies requires a big box and this results in higher shipping fees.
Unfortunately for large packages, international shipping fees are also exorbitantly expensive so I'm afraid its not a mistake when your shipping totals up to $40-$70.
Will (insert concept art plush) ever be made?
Short answer: Yes!
Long answer: Yes, but...
In most cases I don't have an ETA on characters featured in the snughoul concept art. There are tons of variables including the progress on the current campaigns, upcoming campaigns, demand, and even prototyping itself!
Some designs take months to perfect and can be delayed as a result. Other designs may be prioritized due to being thematically appropriate for an upcoming campaign.
I have a lot of ideas, but unfortunately production can only move so fast. Please bear with me as I juggle the many thoughts in my brain and try to bring them to you in the best form possible!💖
When will Series 3 be available?
Series 3 is tentatively scheduled to open for preorders in Spring 2025!
Prototyping the many new species begins now (August 2024), but it is next to impossible to give you an estimate on how long that will take.
My recommendation is to subscribe to the newsletter where I share in-progress plushies and other thoughts as things develop!
